Very disappointed

Bought this faucet set three years ago. Over the past few months the handles became stuck. Had to have them hacksawed off. Really bad for a supposedly high end item. I see that I was not the only one to have this problem.

becomes impossible to turn; requires destroying handle to remove

We have two of these faucets and encountered the same problem as rlfromm. After a year or two, the handles one by one became difficult, then impossible, to turn. Support sent out replacement parts, but by then the mounting plate and handle have fused together, thus requiring the destruction of the valve by hacksaw to remove the handle. Incredibly poor design, and very disappointing.

Long term garbage. Handle doesn't turn

Bought 5 of these. After 1 -2 year of usage , the handle are impossible to turn. Kids can't use it at all. And when pushing to close, the entire handle assembly broke. It's such a pain to replace them now and contractors are charging extra.
