Must have for 2 bolt shoes.

These are great for 2 bolt shoes! Most bike shoes have soft rubber so the pedals tend to tear into them over time while trying to clip in. They go on under your cleats, and you may have to use the longer bolts that come with your cleats. These make clipping in much easier and protect the soft rubber in the cleat area. I use them on all my 2 bolt shoes!
