Item received didn't even resemble what I ordered

I'm sure that I can't blame Walmart for the issue. I ordered a specific part number and it didn't even resemble the part I ordered. The part numbers weren't even the same. I ordered the Tuffy 295-01 and received the Tuffy TFY082. The correct part number was on invoice.
