Monster Drift X Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker

This review is for the Monster DRIFT X (portable waterproof upright floating speaker). Very nice speaker. Battery lasts a very long time. I brought it to work with me 2 times and had it playing the whole day with volume at around 50% and by the end of the day the unit still said it had 100% remaining. That is pretty impressive. I did not buy it to ever use in a pool, but it seems like it would be able to float upright with no problems. It is very lightweight. The sound quality is nice as well. Though it is not very bassy. It has some bass, but not much. So do not expect to shack the whole house or pool with it. It has 1-6 number buttons on it that act as Equalizer for your music. Depending on which one you select you can make your music sound nicer. 1-Flat 2-Jazz 3-Rock 4-Pop 5-Classic 6-Default. I leave it on 6 most of the time since that option has the best bass sounding. The numbers can also save radio stations if you so choose to use it as one. Does it get loud you ask? Well, yeah it can get loud, but do not expect ‘concert speaker' of loud. There is no weather alert alarm noise that goes off at random moments. So, you do not have to worry about that. You can charge the DRIFT X with a standard micro-USB cable. Sadly no USB-C. It may take a couple hours to fully charge, but the charge can last. I mostly got this speaker to bring with me to work, but it can do a lot more stuff like act as a power bank to charge your phone or other gadgets. You can connect two DRIFT X's together for more sound. You could spray water at it using a garden hose and it would shrug it off. IDK I just got it to use at my job and I love it so far.
