This drawer organizer has multiple pieces with multiple adjustments available. Just make sure to note the size of the organizer. This one fit drawers 17.5" to 19.7 inches deep and easily works on drawers 16" wide. If you have a narrower drawer, it's not necessary to use all of the long rails. In addition to the cross pieces that snap into place, it comes with additional spacers that can be added to the cross pieces for different width applications. The spacers are a little challenging to get pulled apart and back together, but once they are snapped in, they won't fall out. The rails are sturdy and will last a long, long time. The long rails have reusable sticky pads to help hold them in place. The cross pieces can be placed anywhere on the long rails so the adjustments are endless and customizable to your needs.

This is a great drawer organizer. I personally used it in my bathroom vanity drawer and I love it. It is an adjustable organizer. With this organizer I had the ability of adding nine different dividers in as many different ways as I needed. The main three long dividers can be adjusted length wise so for me it was great because I needed them longer. The other six small dividers that help create the departments can be arranged any way you want and need. I really like it. It has helped me keep all my face washes, creams, and beauty products organized. I am now able to see everything, and in turn it has helped me find everything faster than before.
