Compact Chef's knife
When we want a quality knife we go first to Zwilling/JA Henkels. First bought one in Germany in the 70's. This current knife is a perfect size for my wife to use in a variety of kitchen jobs. Lives up to the excellence that we have come to expect from this company. Be aware that the "fine edge" is actually a serrated edge. Kinda surprised us when we got it as we thought it would be a straight edge as on all the other knives we have bought from the company.

Very great knife, especially for a 10 year old
Very happy with this knife. The serrated edge helps my 10 year old daughter with her prep work of veggies as well as cooked meats. It's a very good knife with a slim handle design, perfect for her to hold and utilize.
