Poor salesmanship by seller

The seller did not answer my concerns. One nightstand arrived broken. We had to reorder a replacement. In the meantime the price went from 594.00 to 624.97 and the seller would not respond to my messages about reinforcing packaging and honoring the sale price I paid originally. It was busted because of their shoddy shipping pack up. The corners were not enforced as with heavy particle board on the outside seams of box like the matching one was packed. It was dropped or smashed into during shipment causing the one leg to be broken off. My complaints fell on deaf ears, and also we have not been reimbursed for the damaged product, which I returned to the store that very same day!!!
