I received the package in my mailbox on time. The package is small, so it might easily be lost by a busy parcel service. The handles are a little smaller than they appear in the photos, but they look and work fine as replacements to the zipper pulls on my bag, which were damaged by the airlines. Instead of filing a claim with the airlines for the damage to my bag, and taking my bag to luggage repair service, I was able to replace the damaged handles myself. The price and convenience were worth it, because the bag has been restored to working condition. The loop has a tiny latch that opens, so you can attach it to the zipper pull and then close it. Make sure it clicks in place to close! The color of the handles also matches my bag. I put the extra handles in my bag, in case I need to replace them again while travelling.
