Thank to Gas-X im back working after three miserable days.
For three days my belly was as tight as ASa basketball and the pain from trapped gas was keeping my from sleeping and I couldnt eat. Finally, at my wits end thinking I was going to have to go to the ER I sent my wife out to get GAS-X and 5 minutes the gurgling started. In an hour the bloating was gone, the pain was gone, and the relief was enormous. Thanks GAS-X!!!

After I had my son I had horrible gas pains (I had a c-section) the first night I was on my own without nurses I seriously thought that I was about to split apart I was in so much pain! Gas-X helped ease the pain and did so fairly quickly! Was definitely pleased with the outcome! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

LOVE THIS!
This is such a great medicine to have on hand to help with any discomfort you might have at times. I used it after I ate things that might have upset my stomach and had given me gas and it truly worked. Made me feel much more comfortable than I did before I took the medicine.
