I just got these the delivery was fast. I am obsessed. they have the insert where I can drink from the bottle carfully without spilling or I can use a straw. I started juicing and these are great. I can mix enough for 4 days at a time so there is more time in the morning. The caps are a pearlized white. The bottles are super clear. I will be trying them in the dishwasher. The directions say they can be used in the microwave with out the lid.
