Someone else's returned item AKA junk
This item was almost sold out when I purchased. It never dawned on me that I was going to get somebody else's return. Item had multiple rust spots on it and was scratched up. I couldn't exchange it because they was already sold out and Walmart wanted to offer me $10 refund which wouldn't even cover the spray paint to correct the issues. Never again!
