SD Card Was Not Properly Formatted

The package was complete and everything seems to be working fine. I'm excited to see what things can be done with this little computer. The one problems I had, that made me rate it as three stars, is that the 32 GB SD card only had 3.5 usable GB on the card and more than half of that was filled with NOOBS (first time start up software for Raspberry Pi 3 b+). The problem is that the SD card was formatted with the Windows formatting tool (I believe), Windows is not able to properly format an SD card. SD Card Formatter is the proper computer program to use. It is free and easy to install. Once I properly formatted the card with SD Formatter, the SD card showed the proper amount of available memory. I was then able to download NOOBS from the Raspberry Pi internet site and install it on the card. Viaboot should know how to properly do this. Check your SD card memory capacity before installing it on the Raspberry Pi and using it for the first time. You should have the memory available that you paid for. It took me a while to figure this out and I was rather frustrated.
