TONGINA 200W Solar Panels IS A SCAM
scam scam scam all lies. I see a similar company is doing this on Amazon as well. I believe I wanted 3 weeks for delivery which means this is a scam out of China. They sent me something I have no use for. Maybe one 15-20W singular 12x12 inch panel. There is no way to hook up the 'monitoring device' to the panel and two cords which are included that are approximately 1 foot long each. So no way to hook up to battery system. They offered to refund 30% of amount paid and I 'could' keep the device. After multiple (8) emails --- they wanted me to drive to WalMart (175 miles RT) to return it and refused to send a postage paid label. One of their emails inferred I didn't know anything about solar panels. This is the 3rd purchase of solar panels I've made ... none from WalMart though. I called customer service for WalMart who assured me they would make this right. 11.1.24 .... We'll see! Almost forgot .... I gave specific directions as to WHERE to deliver ... they didn't follow them and dropped the package at the local post office, sending me an email to go pick it up before PO sent it back!
