I purchased for a Vizio sound bar and it didn't work nor come with directions so I asked for them and below was their email response. It's supposed to be a remote replacement for Vizio. Sales Order Id: 200014295130263 Item: Generic Vizio Sound Bar Remote Control XRS321 This remote is pre-programmed to work with listed compatible devices only. It is not for any Vizio soundbars. If your sound bar is a compatible model, all it needs is insert battery and will work with it without any programming. Thank you

Buttons require heavy pressure to function

This remote has poor quality components. It is required to press control buttons very hard for them to function I would not recommend this for seniors or children.
