Relieves occasional constipation (irregularity) to help maintain and restore regularity. For constipation associated with other bowel disorders when recommended by a doctor. Generally produces bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours.Directions: Begin with smallest dose and increase as needed not to exceed maximum daily dose. Dosage may vary according to the severity of constipation. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. Drinking another glass of water is helpful. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Dose: 2 caplets, up to 4 as needed. Daily Maximum: 4 caplets up to 3 times daily. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: Dose: 1 caplet. Daily Maximum: 1 caplet up to 3 times daily.
