Supplements
Supplements have been my dietary mainstay for many years and have found Swanson's catalog the best descriptive source for my wants. I read about foods to eat that are a good probable source of nutrition and realized many moons ago that good supplements were vis-a-vis a positive source.

Good old Octacosanol. I first became aware of and used Octacosanol about four decades ago when I worked out a lot and all the time. My workout friends and I added Octacosanol to our nutritional regimen, along with lots of protein, Amino Acids, Vitamin E, et al.Recently I saw this Maximum-Strength 100% Natural Octacosanol among Swanson's vast inventory. Even though I only work out a relatively small amount these days, I still always want maximum results for my maximum efforts. I take two of these tiny little capsules daily, and I am very happy with my results.I really feel that this Octacosanol would be of benefit to everyone of all ages and regardless of activities. It has been my lifelong experience that a comprehensive nutritional program brings the best benefits out of any and all workout regimens. Works for me.
