These hard to find baseboard returns have a smaller faceplate than standard baseboard grilles. Each grill has a depth from the wall of 7/8" and the faceplate is 1 1/4" larger than the listed size. When ordering, you want to make sure to measure your actual hole opening size and base the order off that. The 24" x 8" size is 25 1/4" x 9 1/4" overall.
