The 5 year warranty applies to the monitor only. The following accessories are warrantied for 1 year: cuff and AC adapter. Batteries are not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not apply to consequential and incidental damages, or damage caused by batteries, improper handling, and accidents. Professional use, not following the operating instructions, and alterations made to the monitor or accessory by third parties, are also not included in this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Microlife USA Inc will investigate your concern. A monitor or accessory as defined by this warranty, determined to be out of specification, will be replaced and shipped to you at no cost.
