Must buy, amazing for hot flashes!
Went through early menopause 3 years ago due to cancer. I took these one day, then stopped. My hot flashes went from all day, entry day every time my body senses fight or flight, even if it really wasn't a stressful situation, to either none or barely noticeable. After about 2 weeks, they're starting to lightly come back. I realized it's because I had taken this. Because they worked a miracle for days at a time. I'll probably only take 2 per week. My hot flashes were terrible, even for something as simple as not being able to find an ink pen- my body would sense stress.
