Continuing as a longtime customer

I have purchased an Otterbox case as a gift for my wife's new iPhone 11 Pro. I would not use any other brand of case for a few reasons - 1. I have dropped a previous phone on a downtown street only to find it a few hours later; the case was mangled as a result of being run over but the phone inside was in pristine condition. 2. I sell my iPhones online when upgrading and it has been my experience selling a phone with an accompanying Otterbox will bring in a higher re-sale price. (Is that because of the inclusion of the case itself of the assurance that the phone itself is in great condition? I'm not sure but I will take the higher re-sale value regardless) 3. Otterbox will replace a damaged case without any questions for one year after purchase. Otterbox is for me the best case for any phone.

It's okay functionally, but I do like it!

Pros: I like the streamline design of the case, and so far it has protected my phone well. I was concerned about screen protection, but I find that I can lay it flat on its face and the edge protects the screen from surface scratches. The "Pop" finger/holder feature is nice for maintaining grip when typing on the screen. Cons: However, I am disappointed that it will not prop the phone at an angle in the portrait position (falls over), but it does work adequately in the landscape position (when precariously positioned). Additionally disappointed that it does not permit wireless charging when in this case (case too thick).

While using that OtterBox as a stand in landscape mode, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. too tippy, not enough grip

The pop up is NOT strong enough to keep the phone propped up on an angle - iPhone 11 pro is too heavy, especially on the camera end. Also doesn't pop out far enough to allow the fingers to get all the way under it so that fingers can still grip the rim. Somewhat useful, but not everything I had hoped for
