Missing pieces

Received item in a damaged box. There were no assembly instructions, just a complicated blueprint. Most of the pieces needed to assemble the right control were missing. Don't bother trying to reach the seller for assistance. They are in Beijing on Beijing time, so they are not available during typical business hours.
