Serrated Santoku!

Eversharp Pro knives are serrated knives which is less maintenance knives, it stays sharp and no need to sharpen them. The indention on the knife blade creates barrier between the steel and the food, preventing food from sticking. To keep this Santoku knife in pristine condition and keep the serrated blade sharp, this must be hand wash with soap, I personally don't dishwasher my knives.

A great knife that you would never need to sharpen
