I bought this rug in the store, then when I got home I decided I needed a bigger one. I found the exact same thing on-line and since I couldn't get to the store again, I ordered it for delivery. It came 2 days later, and I'm very please with it. It's worth the price. I use it in front of my apt. door when you come in. Have not washed it yet, so can't speak to that, but it should be fine.
