Not everyone knows the right way to express oneself appropriately, or in the right setting, at any given time. "Journal For The Emotionally Awkward", was created with that in mind. The stress that we tend to feel when we decide to open up, can come from a sense of judgement that we have all felt. While it's important to work through that, it helps to have a tool to scream into, talk through, and put away as needed. Our loved ones can't always be that tool. That's where this journal comes in handy! We aren't meant to hold on to all the things.
