Installed on a 2010 Tundra DC

Broke my stock noncamera handle so I upgraded to this unit. Very simple straight forward install. Got my power and ground to the camera from driver side reverse light. Ran the camera feed to the front of the truck through the passenger side foot.

Perfect backup camera for non-prewired tundras ...

The backup camera is great for tundras that do not come pre-wired like mine (2008 work truck) but works great with after market radio , the only thing was it didn't come with loom protection for the wiring as advertised in pictures.

Seller Verified Purchase

Get a better camera.

Went together easy and straight forward. However the camera quality is less than ideal. Has an orange tint to it. Not very high quality. Do yourself a favor and soothe extra money and get a better one. If you're going to run wire from the tailgate to the console ?. Make it better. I do now have a backup camera. So that's a bonus. But I can't see the trailer hitch sometimes due to the poor image quality.
