Good quality; Very non-stick - Great for pancakes!

This griddle works well on our gas stovetop. It is a little shorter than some griddles, but works for our needs. The short little handles aren't really useful, as they get very hot...so we have to use an oven mitt to move it when needed...but it's fine. It is very non-stick on top, which is great - definitely the pan I recommend for pancakes!...and seems like it will hold up well. Sometimes things will stick to the bottom and kind of stain it, but it's not too bad...and no one ever really sees that side.

Great Griddle

I used my stove to prepare sausage, bacon, eggs, and pancakes on the griddle. I did have to use an oven mitt and turn the griddle to get even heat distribution because the back burner is smaller than the front, but that's not a deal breaker. The surface is nonstick, but you can add oil or butter if you would like. The griddle is lightweight, easy to clean, and easy to use. I am happy with the purchase.
