Packaged poorly ruin the integrity of the pillow

I got my pillow today and it was rolled and vacuum sealed. I opened it up thinking it would fluff up like mattresses do when you open them. But that never happen it looks old and worn out. I don't think it should have been vacuum sealed it ruined the cushion!

I bought two of these pillows for the floor. they look nothing like the pictures they're not thick or 4 inches. they came to roll tightly and super thin in the packaging they said let it sit in sunlight for 3 hours or more it's been over 24 hours and they did not plump up at all. there may be two inches and when you sit on them you can feel the hard floor underneath. I'm disappointed because the pictures looked amazing but they're too expensive to keep for something that hurts and you can feel the hard floor underneath you. I will be taking these back.
