when I first saw this item, I wasn't sure what to think but after reading the description, i decided to buy it and I am glad that I did. This ladder is really nice. I love the fact that it easily telescopes and collapses. No other 12 foot ladder would fit in my car's little trunk. I've used the ladder at full extension and it is very secure and note that it is rated at 375 lbs which is more than conventional ladders. Price was also great, much less than any other conventional 12 foot ladder. I recommend this item.
