Misleading

This safe is very small and does not contain all of the parts indicated by the manufacturer. After multiple attempts to contact the seller, I received a reply saying they just don't come with it. Even though it is listed as included on the paperwork and instructions. Lock your valuables in this at your own risk!

I received the my briefcase after thanksgiving the lock is broken by Valentine's Day. I contacted the company and nothing is resolved I just asked for parts and nothing. I should have bought winter boots
