New struts and shocks
Had my doubts on these rear overload spring shocks. They were noisy creaking for the first couple months and kind of annoying got a lot of looks and without radio very noticeable. Soaked them down in a white spray lithium grease used for door hinges and they settled in a couple weeks no more creaks!

All the parts came on time. I lowered the rear 2 inches but now a half inch lower than the front. If there was an inch and a half spacer available, it would be perfect, but I am OK with it . A fairly easy job for a 82 year old. The 2011 avalanche rides like a brand new car. Thanks for your help and good service.
