I honestly thought I made a bad decision but this blanket is well made and it was accidentally dried once and it didnt even Matt up not saying dry it with heat but other than the accidental dry i air dry it and it holds the smell of detergent well without smelling like mildew it doesnt shed and its really warm and light weight without making you terribly hot
