It works!

Helps a lot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] once I took this I did notice my legs muscles were not spazzing like they normally do each night. I took this for a week and then After stopped to see if there was a difference and the leg spasms started to to come gradually. This will be a product I continue to use
