It Must Be taken with some form of Fat to be absorbed!!! I take it and my other fat soluble vitamins like D3 and Omega3s with a Tablespoon of Olive Oil. I drink some water that is okay the fat is still in your stomach for good absorption. This is an excellent source of Natural E. I have been and will be making this my daily routine.
