AMAZING
Ok--- so, I've not finished this yet I confess, but, I feel like I cannot stop reading it. The authors & contributors are so educated & have so much insight. Also, they really simplify things & do not speak over the readers' head. I am beginning this lifestyle change today as I, like the author WAS, am near 400 lbs. and near death at this point. Thank you Jimmy Moore for tossing me a life preserver!! I highly recommend this book.
