The 5th gen iPad Pro 12.9 was packed in a non-descript box and was well protected. It came with a non-apple wall charger. After charging the tablet it started right up with defaulted to factory reset condition. Configuration was easy as I used my copied the apps and data from my existing iPad over to the new device. IMO, the tablet is in excellent condition. There are no obvious scuffs, scratches or other defects on its exterior. The screen is perfect. Everything appears to be functioning well. I haven't had it long enough to assess battery life but it seems okay. All in all, it's been a good experience.
