Great product, but---

We have had the product installed for about 6 months and it has performed very adequately each time we used it. My only concern has been with the joint between the spray head and the hose. Each time I use the spray head (and extend the hose) I'm afraid I will break the jiont where the hose and the spray head join. I don't know what I would do to improve the joint, maybe the passage of time will provide me confidence.

Excellent product: Arbor 7594C Faucet

In my kitchen updating, I had the Arbor 7594C faucet installed - immediately the sink area had a sleek, updated, "now" look! The faucet is seems to be well made - the movable parts all feel strong and durable. My favorite feature is the pull down spray! Love it! Thumbs up to this Moen faucet!

Great Customer Service

I purchased the Arbor faucet about 3 years ago. After a couple years, the round cap at the lever (now redesigned) started popping off and I would have to re-attach it. After some time I couldn't reconnect the cap. I contacted Moen directly to address the issue. They responded to my concern immediately and offered to over-night replacement parts. Knowing that the faucet had been redesigned since I purchased mine (specifically the cap design was now one solid metal piece) I asked that they just send me a replacement faucet. The next day a brand new faucet was delivered to my door step. Sometimes you have an issue with any kind of product or service from any company. What sets a good company apart from a GREAT company is how they handle an issue when it comes up. I highly recommend Moen and their products. They deserve recognition to how they promptly handle any issues that may arise. They stand behind their statement of "Buy it for looks. Buy it for life."
