This Oil Is Wonderful, It Can Handle Heat Up To 500 Degrees. Avocado Is A Super Fruit, The Taste Is Mouth Watering. I Went To Culinary School And I Am A Licensed Chef. The Only Other Oil I Use Is Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
