Great tires, poor installation customer service.

The entire in store experience was problematic. The auto shop employee had difficulty with understanding that I had purchased tires that had already been delivered to the store and had already paid to have them mounted. After reaching an understanding, when the work was complete, I was presented with the bill for services and was overcharged by over $100.00. I was requested to show my electronic receipt several times and most of the billing errors were corrected.
