When using this product do not use more than directed and do not use for more than 3 days. Use only as directed. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. Temporary discomfort such as burning, stinging, sneezing or an increase in nasal discharge may occur. Use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Instructions
Adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): spray 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24 hours. Children under 6 years: ask a doctor To Use: Push firmly down on the cap and turn counter clockwise. To spray, squeeze the bottle quickly and firmly. Do not tilt head backward while spraying. Wipe the nozzle clean after use. Secure the cap after use.

The best afrin product by far.
I've been using this for years now and at this time it's the only thing that TRULY unclogs my stuffed nostrils. The 12 hour severe congestion is the best one in the afrin line by FAR!

Great for congestion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was amazing!!! I normally suffer from a lot of congestion during the winter time. Sure enough a had a night of miserable congestion. Luckily I had this Afrin Severe Congestion that I received to try from Influenster for free. A couple of sprays in each nostril and within 10 minutes I was able to breathe through my nose! It is the best feeling ever! I would definitely recommend this product to those that suffer from constant congestion.

You want a clear nose you got it!
This product works well for a temporary fix for that stuffy nose, up to 12 hours is questionable though. If the stuffy nose continues though get that health problem fixed, there may be something that the Afrin fix is hiding!
