Moen Chateau Tub And Shower Faucet With Valve

I have replaced this handle 100710 3 times on one shower and twice on another. The cartridge gets stiff and hard to turn breaking the handle. The cartridge is expensive to replace so lasting more than a year would be ok, 5 years good, 10 years great and never needs replacing superior! Further more finding how to send a question on their web site is impossible. They have an e-mail link but you can't click on it or open to ask questions on alternative handles you can use or how to keep the cartridge from getting hard to turn.

I have bought at least 6 replacement handles in the last year. They break constantly. The plastic handle piece should be made with more durable material. It should also have the option to put a different (metal) replacement. I do not recommend this product.
