I've been wearing Mediven Comfort thigh high stockings for years for veinous insufficiency and spider veins. I wear the open toe in the summer and closed toe in the winter . I prefer the lace band. But I use both. The stockings are very comfortable and supply the needed compression to keep these conditions from worsening.
