Great personal alarm

Alarm was purchased for my aging mother who can not move or speak loud when help is needed. The alarm is small enough to wear around her neck on a necklace. She has not had to use it yet, but has tested alarm. She was able to pull pin without difficulty. Alarm was loud enough to be heard in several rooms away from her bedroom and most likely even further. Alarm seems durable and we are both satisfied with the purchase.
