The dish that came with this is great! It's perfect for holding up the stone and keeping it away from water that might accumulate in the bottom of the dish. The ends are flattened or cut off, of the stone, allowing easy grip while applying the stone to skin. It's a large stone & will last many years. Kudos on TRADITIONAL AMERICAN PRODUCT ETHICS! (ie, no "planned obsolescence"

LOVE this product. I've been using natural deodorants all my adult life, this is the one I like the best. I apply it in the shower when I'm finished and wet. Just a bit of advice, give your body time to adjust, I think a couple of months. Being holistic and naturopathic myself, products work faster than, say, someone who is new to using natural products. Just my opinion.
