I alternate using this shampoo and conditioner with another that is supposed to help with thinning hair. I don't see the short hairs on the sink after a shower like I used to. Obviously, my hair is not getting thicker. It doesn't fix that. But it seems to be helping with me losing hair as much. I got these two on sale cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
