I used this shampoo at a freinds house and loved it. It is expensive as heck, but to me it would have been worth it. I had to cancel my order. It was held up in transit and when I contacted the company, they replied it was on its way. Well, it wasn't! It was either damaged, stolen, or flew to Mars, who know! I contacted Walmart, and they took care of the refund, no problem.
