Bad quality for bad fitting

I know this is a cheap sweater, but I was expecting something a little more high quality. The texture of the outside feels like a cheap $1 table cloth you would get for a birthday party, the inside feels a little softer, but not by a lot. The sweater was definitely not an XL, and I hope it fits my friend, cause this was part of her Christmas present this year.
