My favorite
Im a girlie that needs magnesium in her diet and also have insomnia- this is the perfect two birds and one stone situation. Sometimes when I am up too late and have to wake early- I will only take one and it still works as a charm. Its the perfect size to put me to sleep and it is also very tasty.
