I purchased this as a gift for my five-year-old granddaughter. She loved it. It does hold her American girl sized dolls adequately. It is very lightweight and I will be interested to see how it holds up because the metal framing is not that sturdy but time will tell him that issue. It does fold up, which is nice too for storage reasons.
