Not really sure how to evaluate. Just that I've been taking CoQ10 for years now and can honestly say these from Swanson's are as good as or better than any other's I've taken.

A cardiologist recommended I begin taking Vitamin E and CoQ10 daily and make cardio exercise a priority after I had a heart attack at age 28. I have followed his instructions, along with stopping all alcohol and tobacco use. I am now 73, active, and continue with this guidance. Swanson has high quality products at usually good prices. I trust Swanson and have been a regular customer for many years now. This is another great Swanson product. 5 Stars.
