Pleased...

I have been using it for one week. Really pleased with it as the end product is superior compared to what was able to produce with my previous tava. Heats up quickly, so time to make a roti has reduced a bit as well.

Nice pan but not for naan.

This is a nice, quality pan but it is the wrong one for me. I want to make naan over the grill. To do that the dough should stick to the pan when you hold it over the flame. This pan is totally non-stick so I made the mistake.
